What a wonderful apartment complex! I’ve lived here at the Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain for over 6 months and have been so very happy that this lovely complex is where I landed! The management is absolutely outstanding. I really have been beyond satisfied working with both Sydney & Savannah. Both of these lovely gals are well beyond helpful, caring & personable. What a top notch team consistently going above and beyond my expectations. They are truly caring, very giving of their time and definitely deserve beyond a five star rating! Thank you ladies. Such a wonderful team!

I love living at the Retreat! The mountain views are EVERYTHING and the office staff is absolutely incredible. If I need something worked on in my apartment they are there the same day. Savannah and Sydney are rockstars and they make living here a 10/10 experience.

I live out of state but have visited my friend who lives in the community a few times. It's so beautiful there! The community is clean & the amenities are great. I've had the pleasure of meeting Sydney, Savannah & Justin from the office & they were so friendly! I know where I will be applying if I ever move to Colorado Springs.

I just moved in over the weekend and am so happy with my new apartment home! Justin, Sydney, Savannah & Keyanna in the office were great! Each were a huge help through the entire process! Jermey & Jose are very personable & worked quickly to make my apartment ready. I met Sandra, the groundskeeper while walking my dog who was working diligently to keep the dog park clean and stocked. Needless to say the entire staff has been more than friendly & helpful! The grounds are nice & clean, the location is great & my apartment home is updated. Excited to call Retreat home!

These apartments are great! Sydney H. the manager is absolutely wonderful. She's always happy to answer questions and definitely gets the job done. They have done a great job on the remodels and you are in the best school district! If you are looking for an apartment I would recommend The Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain.

I've lived here over 3 years and it has been a great experience! It's a very quiet complex...never have had an issue with neighbors, noise etc. The location is amazing! Lots of hiking out my door to Stratton Open Space or a few minutes drive to Cheyenne Canon! Downtown, Manitou, and OCC very close by! This is also a very dog friendly place and there are several dog parks a short drive away. The views are amazing! I love opening my blinds and seeing the mountains every morning! Shout out to Sydney who is very professional and always willing to help! Very nice office staff as well!
