These apartments are great! Sydney H. the manager is absolutely wonderful. She's always happy to answer questions and definitely gets the job done. They have done a great job on the remodels and you are in the best school district! If you are looking for an apartment I would recommend The Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain.

I've lived here over 3 years and it has been a great experience! It's a very quiet complex...never have had an issue with neighbors, noise etc. The location is amazing! Lots of hiking out my door to Stratton Open Space or a few minutes drive to Cheyenne Canon! Downtown, Manitou, and OCC very close by! This is also a very dog friendly place and there are several dog parks a short drive away. The views are amazing! I love opening my blinds and seeing the mountains every morning! Shout out to Sydney who is very professional and always willing to help! Very nice office staff as well!

While we didn't end up renting at this place due to some difficulties me and my husband were both super pleased by Justin here. He helped us out a lot and is definitely the one you want to talk to if you are having problems!

Awesome community and great location. The entire staff is outstanding, especially Justin Abbe. He assisted us with the entire leasing process and has been helpful with all requests since we moved in. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the facilities have everything we need including the gym and clubhouse. We are very happy with our apartment and are grateful to Justin in making our transition to the Springs hassle-free.

I'm changing my bad review today not because the events caused didn't happened, because I got the issues corrected my sincere thanks to Stephany from Corporate and Shayna Manager of the complex for the good comunication to expedite the issues I'm glad to keep enjoying the premises.

Truly appreciative for The Retreat having Justin Abbe on staff. I'm extremely impressed by Justin's high professionalism, on pointe for taking care of any maintenance for the tenants, and his awesome people skills. Thank you, Justin! You've made my stay here plus fellow tenants very comfortable and lots of FUN during the holidays of these difficult times 😀

Great service! Extremely professional and courteous. I recommend going through Justin Abbe. He was a big help in getting my new place and was willing to work with me with any issues I had. He even went the extra mile and helped move some luggage for me. I was thoroughly impressed and grateful for him.

These apartments are a great place to call home. When moving from my old apartments, I had a short list of specific places I wanted to move into. From the moment I met my leasing agent Justin, I knew this was the right place for me. Justin was polite and professional and dealing with him really helped me to make the decision to call The Retreat at Cheyenne Moutain home! He has continued to be an advocate for me and my family whenever we need work orders completed or anything else! This is a true community, and not just an apartment complex.
